Overlooked Strategies for Improving Customer Surveys

The Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC) is one of America’s most successful communities for business professionals, and Patch of Land is proud to have our Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Brian Fritton, as one of their prestigious members.  Recently, the YEC asked Brian and other members what they believe are some solid strategies to use when engaging customers with surveys.

1. Gamifying Them

2. Including Them in the Login Page

3. Personalization

5. Using Skip Logic

8. Contextual Questioning

If you want to know how much they expect to order in the next year, ask that question via an optional section on the order history page. 9. Giving Before You Get

11. Actionable Questions

12. A Comment Field
