San Diego Creative Investors Association (SDCIA) is San Diego's oldest real estate investor club consisting of people with a wide range of real estate experience. Their members include professional brokers, agents, lenders, as well as a large group of unlicensed investors whose experience ranges from none to many years. The group is committed to providing networking, creativity, knowledge, and support to increase successful real estate investments.
This year, Patch of Land is excited to attend SDCIA's first annual investor expo as vendors to showcase how crowdfunding can help diversify investor's portfolios. We'll be there to expand more on becoming a national real estate investor and participate in the $2.3 trillion residential real estate investment asset class all through the power of crowdfunding.
