September's RECFEN Meetup at Coalition Boston was an amazing event. Individuals from Boston and the surrounding area came to enjoy a wonderful evening of free food, drinks, crowdfunding education and networking. A strong turnout of professionals helped create a great atmosphere in which representatives from Patch of Land, PeerRealty, and Real Estate Radio Boston spoke about peer to peer lending and how it relates to the local Boston real estate market.
The speakers for the meetup included: AdaPia d'Errico (Patch of Land's CMO), Marco Rivera (Patch of Land's Marketing Manager), Daniel Kelly (PeerRealty's Head of Marketing), and Rick Scherer (VP of Sales & Sr Mortgage Planner at MSA Mortgage + Host of Real Estate Radio Boston). Overall our Boston RECFEN Meetup was a great time and experience for all, drawing a crowd of all types of individuals from brokers, developers, novices to experts in real estate, to those who were simply interested in learning more about the power of crowdfunding.
