According to a new study by Harvard University, more than half of all Americans are paying close to a third of their entire income just in rent, with millions paying more than half of everything they make. The problem is expected to get worse as affordable housing inventories continue to decline. This has caused a sellers market in lower income housing. Perhaps it's time to invest?
