How to start your project with us

Five easy steps to fund your project with Patch of Land

1. 5-Minute Loan Application

Submit a quick application to give us some background information about yourself, your funding needs, and your project—including whether it’s a fix & flip, rental, or commercial property. This will allow us to get a better idea of what you’re trying to accomplish and help us understand how we can help you.

2. Discuss the Opportunity

We will contact you and further discuss your project and funding needs in more detail. Here we will see if we are your best option, answer any questions you may have, and begin the process to get you funded.

3. Submit Required Loan Documents

Your loan officer and processor will work with you to obtain all the required loan documents so that we can begin the due diligence process. Each loan may have different documentation requirements, and submitting all of the required documents promptly helps process your loan efficiently, allowing us to fund your loan on time.

4. Due Diligence Process

We will review all the required documentation, including an appraisal, and underwrite your loan to ensure all of the guidelines have been met to get your loan closed on time. Our process is transparent; we do not charge “junk fees” or hidden fees of any kind.

5. Get Funded!

Patch of Land is a direct lender, meaning we underwrite and fund your loan with our capital, so you can begin your project without delay.
