The Patch of Land Technology team is able to take Borrower and Investor feedback and implement changes to improve the end-user's experience.

After Repair Value (ARV%)

After Repair Value (ARV) is the projected value of a property after repairs have been made to it, based on comparable properties in the area.


ARV% = (Price+Repair Cost)/After Repair Value
