Would be excited to see more opportunities for me to invest in projects in TX....especially in Dallas. Is there plans to expand in this market? If so, what is the timetable?

I think the numbers on this page ->
    https://patchofland.com/blog/qa-from-the-patch/2015/03/05/patch-of-land-stats-page-measuring-performance/
should match the numbers on this page ->

You should also show an old fashioned LTV at funding.

Hello Marshall, thanks for your comment.

The blog post you are referring to was posted in March to announce the release of the stats page. Therefore, the figures are not going to be current compared to the live page which is updated daily and can be found in the main navigation bar at the top of the page.

In regards to the LTV, we have considered using both the ARV and LTV statistics to give a more comprehensive view of our numbers. I will definitely relay your message to our tech team and also encourage you to submit your request to the Patch of Land Ideas Portal where your voice can be heard.

    Thanks again for your comment.
