Patch of Land has released a new stats page to help track and measure the Company's performance. The Patch of Land Stats Page has many great features and functions that allow the general public to take an inside look at pertinent financial data and capital raise information since the inception of the Company in October 2013.
The information on the Patch of Land Stats Page is kept current and updated on a daily basis. New data is automatically aggregated and displayed on interactive charts and graphs displaying our most up-to-date information. Sliding your mouse over different parts of the chart will reveal how much capital has been invested on any particular date.
Some of the information currently being tracked includes:
- Cumulative Capital Raised
- Value of Projects Funded
- Number of projects fully funded
- Total Funds Returned to Investors
Other measurements include:
- Average ARV
- Average ROI
- Default %
- Average Loan Size

Patch of Land Stats Page also gives a comprehensive breakdown of the type of projects being crowdfinanced by the portal.

Patch of Land Stats Page also features a map displaying the states where we have fully funded real estate projects. More options will be available soon which will allow you to click on our active states in the map to see our opportunities in that specific state and dive deeper into further measurements.

Would be excited to see more opportunities for me to invest in projects in TX....especially in Dallas. Is there plans to expand in this market? If so, what is the timetable?
