This chart outlines the current state of Crowdfunding regulations. Thanks to Mark Roderick for putting this together and making it available publicly.
There will be changes to the JOBS act over the coming months and we’ll keep you updated, especially on the results of the commenting period related to Title III, which closed February 3rd. For now, as a Title II Crowdfunding Portal, we are able to work with Accredited Investors through the 506(C) regulation. We’re available to answer any questions and help navigate the Crowdfunding space.
