Two weeks ago Patch of Land was in Palo Alto for the "Silicon Valley Crowdfunding Conference" organized by Crowdfundbeat. Carlo Tabibi, Patch of Land's CEO, presented alongside Realty Mogul's CEO Jillienne Helman and Asset Avenue's CEO David Manshoory on the panel - Crowdfunding's Next Hot Frontier: Real Estate, moderated by Soho Loft's David Drake.

This was a highly anticipated panel at the conference and a lively one at that! After Repair Value (ARV) is the projected value of a property after repairs have been made to it, based on comparable properties in the area.


ARV% = (Price+Repair Cost)/After Repair Value
