Patch of Land is a Proud Sponsor of the Texas Real Estate Investors Expo

Patch of Land is a proud sponsor of the 4th Annual Texas Real Estate Investors Expo by SAREIA. We are excited to be attending the event held on Saturday, April 22, 2017, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, at the Norris Conference Center (Blanco & 410) in San Antonio, Texas. Those attending will hear from expert speakers and other industry vendors who support Texas real estate investors. The best investment attendees can make is in their own education. There will be no better place to learn this year, on various real estate investing topics, than at the 4th Annual Texas Real Estate Investors Expo.

 

Why Attend?

Texas holds the distinction of being the best real estate market in the country. For years, San Antonio has been one of the top real estate markets in the country. Real estate investing in San Antonio held strong during the recession and is a leader during the recovery. There are few places better than San Antonio for real estate investing. The Expo will bring real estate experts from all over the country to one location. Did we mention the San Antonio Riverwalk is the most visited attraction in the state of Texas. Networking, gaining knowledge and a great city to visit.

Speakers & Vendors

The purpose of the EXPO is to help real estate investors of all levels advance their knowledge by introducing them to industry experts and top investing speakers. This will be a one day packed event that will benefit all those interested in real estate investing. There will be ample marketing and advertising to draw in huge crowds and make it a wonderful learning experience for all attending.  In addition, several Real Estate Investor Clubs from throughout Texas will be there as well.

Promoters

The Expo is being promoted by a strategic alliance of real estate investor groups and clubs. Spearheading this great event will be SAREIA (the San Antonio Real Estate Investors Association), San Antonio’s largest investor association. SAREIA started back in 2002. SAREIA’s President is Real Estate Attorney, Broker & Investor Victor M. Maas.
