Westside Winedown

Patch of Land is excited to work with RSN Property Group, a full service real estate company owned by Australian investors living and working in the US specializing in re-developing apartment communities in emerging markets. Patch of Land will be sponsoring their Westside Winedown event on Wednesday, August 31st from 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM at Poms and Associates, located in Los Angeles, CA. The event is free and guests are encouraged to bring a bottle of wine along with a colleague for an 'after work' networking event to toast the end of summer and start a productive Autumn. After Repair Value (ARV%)

After Repair Value (ARV) is the projected value of a property after repairs have been made to it, based on comparable properties in the area.


ARV% = (Price+Repair Cost)/After Repair Value
