Think Realty Conference & Expo was held this past weekend in San Francisco, from August 11-13. Like their past events, it had a great turn out and Patch of Land was thrilled to be there as sponsors and exhibitors.
Think Realty did an amazing job of gathering the industry and providing high-impact education sessions paired with elite vendors and service providers accessible to their members. The event consisted of panels filled with industry experts discussing various topics such as the real estate investing market, the best turnkey strategies for Nationwide SFRs to the legalities of US investments from overseas.
CMO, AdaPia d'Errico was on fire being on two panels, Platforms to Enhance Your SFR Business and Benefits of Crowdfunding during the conference and a presentation on How to Crowdfund your Real Estate Investments during the expo. Most notably in the event, Vanilla Ice was there on day 1 of the conference as a keynote speaker shedding light on 'taking gambles' in real estate. The 90's rapper and pop icon has been flipping homes for nearly two decades and now travels the US doing seminars.
