    I want to ask a question to Jorge Newbery. I'm currently a Patch of Land investor but I also do some rehab homes with my brother in law. I've been thinking of getting the funding through Patch of Land but I'm always on the look for homes. Is there a list of the discount homes you are selling or a list of the real estate agents that are selling them? This would help find more opportunities. Thanks

After Repair Value (ARV%)

After Repair Value (ARV) is the projected value of a property after repairs have been made to it, based on comparable properties in the area.


ARV% = (Price+Repair Cost)/After Repair Value
