While our niche is short-term residential properties, we recently launched a couple small commercial investments including a 7-unit medium sized apartment in Chattanooga, TN this week. After Repair Value (ARV%)

After Repair Value (ARV) is the projected value of a property after repairs have been made to it, based on comparable properties in the area.


ARV% = (Price+Repair Cost)/After Repair Value
