It was really fun coming out to Miami last week to present at the 2nd Miami RECFEN Meetup at The Lab. I hadn't been back to Miami or Wynwood since Art Basel a few years ago!
I was excited to see so many people come out, and also very happy to field so many great questions. Miami's real estate scene seems to be very complex, yet full of opportunity. And it's my sincere hope that many of you will be able to find a way to do your deals and connect with investors.
