This past Tuesday, Patch of Land's real estate crowdfunding platform successfully funded $1 Million in only 4 hours! We are extremely proud of this milestone and the growth it represents for the Company since launching our first peer-to-peer loan in October of 2013. To put things into perspective, it took approximately 6 months to fund our first million dollars in loans. Thanks to the power of the crowd, we are now able to raise a million dollars of funding in less than a day. Interesting information, the rate of increase and decrease in value of the currency will certainly affect the level of purchasing power. and this will have an impact on housing loan or investment property. very interesting to observe. thanks.
