Up-to-the-Minute Loan Status Updates
Knowing how your investments are performing in real time is a big part of managing your real estate portfolio. We get that, and as a result we are now introducing short, easy to read, up-to-the-minute loan statuses for all of our active loans.
We've placed a new updates icon under the name of each of your investments on the "My Investments" section of your account dashboard. Hovering over the icon reveals a small modal with the status of each investment. This lets you conveniently scroll through your positions and know how each loan is performing. We will update these short statuses as soon as we know of any material change in the status of a Borrower's loan from now on. That includes changes in renovation stage, payment status, exits, and more.
We hope that this new feature gives you more peace of mind as to your investments with Patch of Land. To view these new changes please login to your My Investments section.
