It's been a whirlwind of conferences, summits, trade shows and podcasts here lately. Whoever said business slows down in the summer should come over here for proof of the opposite! I'm very excited about this particular upcoming conference in September called SECF: Social Enterprise & Crowdfunding. I'm honored to be a speaker in a 13-minute TED-style talk.

Title: Nonprofit Partnerships with Crowdfunding for Community Development
Description: How crowdfunding, investors, and developers can contribute to a win-win-win-win solution for communities
A couple of weeks ago I did a quick 15-minute interview with the man behind SECF and the "let's do some good!" statement, Devin Thorpe. He is passionate about the good we can achieve with crowdfunding, and I agree with him wholeheartedly, and am looking forward to being part of SECF in September.
