4 Must-Download Productivity Apps for House Flippers

There can be a lot of moving parts in the renovation process and it’s easy to lose track of everything going on. Whether it’s juggling multiple flips at the same time or flipping on the side while you’re working a full-time job, staying organized and keeping track of it all can become difficult. Luckily in this day and age, there are tons of apps out there to help optimize your business and keep flippers organized. Here are some apps that we recommend trying out.

  1. Google Keep
    google keep
This is a great app for flippers because it works as an updateable to-do list and notepad right on your phone. You can create a list for each flip that you are doing and cross the items off as they are done. The app also allows you to take notes using words, drawings and photos which can help to put specific things together or remind you of what you were looking at earlier.

The other great thing about this app is that you can add a collaborator to any note or list and they can update it as well. An example of utilizing this feature would be to add the contractor as a collaborator and as they complete items in the house or on the punch list they can cross them off in the app and you can stay up to date on the work remaining.

  1. Calendly

There are lots of calendar apps out there and you may be dealing with multiple partners such as a contractor, real estate agent, attorney and more but they may all be using a different calendar app. Calendly helps to consolidate all of that into one and reduces the amount of back and forth to try and set up appointments. You set your availability and send the link to who you are trying to set an appointment up with and they choose the time that works for them and it is automatically added to your calendar.

  1. Microsoft Office 365

The Microsoft Office Suite has come a long way since it was first released. The latest version of 365 brings what you would expect from the office suite with one other great feature: cloud integration. Documents can be saved online through office and then accessed across multiple devices to help increase your productivity on the go. It allows for you to read and edit documents while out looking at properties or meeting with partners. There is also the option to allow others to access the documents for both reading and editing as well.

  1. Pocket
    pocket

Pocket helps you store things for a later time. In other words, you put it in your pocket for later. There’s a lot of good content and news out there for flippers that can impact your business, but not always the time to read it right then and there. Pocket allows you to save it in one place for a later time to help you stay updated with the market.
