Absolute auction, 17600 River Road, Chesterfield, VA 2383, is being conducted Friday, April 24th of this year. This property is assessed for tax purposes of $237K ( in the Richmond market, homes typically sell at 5 - 10% +/- of the tax assessed value, indicator of market value) . I would be comfortable with a bid of up to $140K, Additionally, the home requires up to $25K in refurbishing cost (interior painting, new flooring, etc,) for a total of up to $165K. My goal is to purchase, rehab, and flip this property within a six month time frame. Since this is an auction and high bid will be the winning offer, is this a type of transaction Patch of Land could support? If so, terms and conditions..
